Energy Flow Yoga Classes
Connect movement with breath to calm the nervous system and energize the body. We will move through sun salutations, standing postures, accessible core work, and visits to more challenging options such as inversions and backbends from time to time. Modifications will always be given to match your body's needs that day.

Feel Good Yoga
Slow down and roll around as you gently stretch and strengthen to help you feel good both today and tomorrow. We’ll sample from a range of different movement practices to ease our creaky joints and get our pep back in our step. This class is great for anyone who wants a gentle, holistic yoga practice that focuses on moving in ways that feel good and supportive, inside and out. Beginners welcome.

Moon Ritual and Yoga Practice
When we follow the phases of the moon, we tap into a deep rhythm that we all share no matter where we are in the world. Closer to the new moon, we will practice Yin and Restorative yoga to help us reflect and rest, while closer to the full moon we will move a bit more, exploring Flow sequences like the Heart or Moon Salutation to help us release and let go. Meditation, reflection, journaling, and optional sharing are offered.
